Responsibilities
Record, monitor and process customer complaints, inquiries and requests received through customer service channels.

Ensure timely and appropriate responses to customers.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
Intermediate English
Proficient in Excel
Experience in customer service (SAC) within the pharmaceutical industry
