Responsibilities

  • Record, monitor and process customer complaints, inquiries and requests received through customer service channels.
  • Support analysis and investigation of product-related complaints in coordination with internal departments.
  • Track deadlines and action plans resulting from customer service interactions.
  • Monitor and assist in the preparation of reports and KPIs for the customer service area.
  • Ensure timely and appropriate responses to customers.
  • Liaise with internal departments to gather information and resolve issues.
  • Assist in organizing documentation and ensuring compliance with procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide suggestions for process improvements based on customer feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
  • Intermediate English
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Experience in customer service (SAC) within the pharmaceutical industry
