Contribute to the coordination of KPI & targets monitoring system across departments and assist in tracking progress through dashboards and structured reports
Analyze industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor strategies to identify risks and opportunities
Support strategic and corporate-level projects such as performance management systems, RPA tasks, government incentive applications and international go-to market execution plans
Conduct risk/impact analyses and scenario modeling for corporate level projects, new initiatives and existing operations
Collect and synthesize internal and external data; build financial and strategic models to support business decisions
Prepare or edit board presentations, investor decks, policy papers, press releases, meeting minutes and stakeholder communication materials
Ensure multi-directional communication among teams and management
Outline business terms and clauses to be inserted into partnership & key account contracts for high impact deals
Review and interpret legal documents and commercial agreements from a business perspective, and support the legal team by identifying key clauses, risks, and implications relevant to corporate priorities
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or another relevant multi-disciplinary field
1-2 years of professional work experience in strategy, business analysis, management consulting, or a relevant field
Strong academic background or professional achievements (must specify in application)
Experience in consultancy, public sector projects, government relations, or corporate development is a plus
Strong analytical and quantitative skills; comfortable building complex spreadsheet models and performing advanced data analysis
Solid communication and presentation skills; ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously with a proactive mindset and strong ownership
Business acumen and willingness to learn fast in a dynamic, cross-functional environment
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Excellent command of Turkish, including flawless writing and grammar skills
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality
Solid understanding of legal documents and contracts; ability to support legal team from a business perspective
Advanced command of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (will be tested during interview)
