About the role
- Independently manage a portfolio of accounts month over month to minimize delinquency and achieve targets
- Contact customers via phone and e-mail regarding open invoices and billing disputes
- Identify issues causing delay in payment and resolve disputes
- Ensure proper notes are documented in Oracle regarding calls and collection efforts
- Maintain partnership with District, Area, Division and Corporate teams
- Escalate collection issues to Supervisor and/or Director when necessary
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of various Collections systems
- Adhere to Iron Mountain policy and procedures – department and company standards
- Perform Collections Department projects as directed by management
- Contribute to analysis, conflict resolution, negotiation, process standardization and continuous improvement to maintain healthy client portfolio and cash flow
Requirements
- Degree in Business or finance
- Advanced level of English essential
- Willingness to learn

- Excellent communication skills – both verbally and written
- Detail-oriented
- Intermediate level ability with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and Internet Browsers
