About the role

  • Own the development and execution of AgentSync’s financial strategy in alignment with company goals
  • Serve as a core member of the executive team and strategic advisor to the CEO
  • Lead long-range planning, scenario modeling and capital efficiency efforts across the business
  • Evaluate growth initiatives, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities through a financial lens
  • Lead forecasting, budgeting and financial modeling processes to support key strategic decisions
  • Deliver clear, actionable financial insights and OKRs to the CEO, board and leadership team
  • Evaluate and model the financial impact of new initiatives, product investments and market expansion
  • Provide strategic direction to the accounting function; oversee month-end close, revenue recognition and compliance
  • Support the Controller in managing day-to-day accounting operations, including payroll, AP/AR, and GL functions
  • Ensure timely, accurate, GAAP-compliant financial reporting and support audit readiness
  • Implement scalable financial controls, processes and systems to support company growth
  • Oversee cash flow management and capital planning
  • Lead the development and enhancement of financial systems, tools, and internal control frameworks
  • Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools that translate financial data into actionable insights
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive margin improvement, cost optimization, and revenue acceleration
  • Build and scale a high-performing finance and accounting team
  • Foster a culture of ownership, accountability and financial literacy across the company

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive Finance leadership experience within VC backed high-growth SaaS organizations
  • Deep expertise in financial planning, accounting principles (e.g., GAAP), systems implementation, and compliance
  • Expertise in leading lean Finance organizations where balancing strategy and execution is a must
  • Strong operational acumen and a track record of influencing strategic business outcomes
  • Proven ability to manage audits, implement scalable processes, and drive organizational change
  • Exceptional communication skills with executive presence; able to convey complex financial concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies, processes, and systems.
