Own a territory of school and district accounts focused on non-athletic events
Prospect and conduct outbound outreach to identify opportunities and engage new contacts
Run sales demos and present solutions tailored to each school’s event needs
Close deals and drive adoption of the digital ticketing solution for non-athletic events
Ensure schools are set up for success and increase repeat usage through onboarding and best practices
Execute cross-sell and renewal campaigns with existing customers
Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in Salesforce
Participate in team trainings and contribute to process improvements
Collaborate with teammates and leadership and provide anecdotal feedback to product and marketing teams
Meet or exceed sales goals to expand digital ticketing adoption and support company-wide growth
Requirements
1–3 years of sales, account management, or customer-facing experience (SaaS or EdTech a plus, but not required)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A proactive, goal-oriented mindset and comfort with outbound outreach
Ability to manage multiple conversations and tasks with attention to detail
Willingness to learn from feedback and continuously improve
Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Microsoft Office and Zoom (preferred)
