About the role

  • Own a territory of school and district accounts focused on non-athletic events
  • Prospect and conduct outbound outreach to identify opportunities and engage new contacts
  • Run sales demos and present solutions tailored to each school’s event needs
  • Close deals and drive adoption of the digital ticketing solution for non-athletic events
  • Ensure schools are set up for success and increase repeat usage through onboarding and best practices
  • Execute cross-sell and renewal campaigns with existing customers
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in Salesforce
  • Participate in team trainings and contribute to process improvements
  • Collaborate with teammates and leadership and provide anecdotal feedback to product and marketing teams
  • Meet or exceed sales goals to expand digital ticketing adoption and support company-wide growth

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of sales, account management, or customer-facing experience (SaaS or EdTech a plus, but not required)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive, goal-oriented mindset and comfort with outbound outreach
  • Ability to manage multiple conversations and tasks with attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn from feedback and continuously improve
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Microsoft Office and Zoom (preferred)
  • A passion for helping schools, students, and communities thrive
