About the role

  • Establish, nurture, and expand a portfolio of high-value strategic accounts across North America, driving revenue growth and exceeding performance targets, with a focus on Wal-Mart
  • Analyze partner performance data against industry benchmarks to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
  • Develop a deep understanding of each partner’s business model, goals, and success metrics across stakeholders
  • Work across internal teams to address strategic network challenges and support the rollout of impactful solutions
  • Lead the development and execution of annual account plans with clear goals and success measures
  • Conduct quarterly in-person meetings to ensure alignment and progress
  • Support renewal negotiations and retention strategies to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Ensure all partner interactions and activities are accurately documented in the CRM system
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across all levels and geographies within assigned partner organizations
  • Conduct regular in-person meetings to foster trust and alignment
  • Collaborate internally to solve strategic network issues and implement solutions effectively

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of proven success in account management and revenue growth, preferably in retail, digital, or financial services
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and inspire
  • Demonstrated success in relationship management and strategic thinking
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in creating professional presentations
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
  • The candidate must live in or be willing to relocate to Bentonville, AR
