Responsibilities
Own and evolve the strategy across multiple interconnected areas of Bumble Date — setting the long-term vision while ensuring short-term impact.
Translate insights from data, research, and member feedback into clear priorities and compelling product experiences.
Prototype, test, and iterate using AI-assisted tools to explore new dating experiences, improve personalization, and enhance safety and trust features.
Collaborate closely with fellow Product Managers, Design, Product Marketing and Engineering to build and launch innovative, high-quality features that reflect Bumble’s commitment to empowering women and promoting healthy relationships.
Define success metrics and use data to inform decisions, learning quickly and adapting with agility as you scale your impact.
Influence product direction across Bumble Date by framing bold ideas, sharing best practices, and mentoring PMs in product thinking and strategic decision-making.
Partner with Marketing, Trust & Safety, and Growth teams to align launches with user and brand strategy.

Requirements
You have deep experience as a consumer product manager, ideally within social, dating, or community-driven products.
You’re both visionary and hands-on — equally comfortable defining long-term strategy and rolling up your sleeves to drive execution.
You have a strong understanding of user psychology, motivation, and behavior in digital relationships.
You’re fluent in experimentation and discovery practices, with an ability to balance member needs, safety, and business growth.
You’re confident using AI tools to prototype new experiences, test ideas, or analyze user insights — and you bring creative ideas for applying AI to product development.
You’re a thoughtful communicator who can align diverse stakeholders around a shared goal and narrative.
You demonstrate curiosity, empathy, and resilience, with a commitment to building inclusive, empowering experiences for all users.
AI fluency: independently uses and prototypes with AI tools to accelerate discovery, design, or testing; shares learnings and champions adoption within the product team.
