About the role
- Own the technical direction of our core platform.
- Lead a small, high-output team (3–4 engineers).
- Ship code that matters.
- Work closely with Ignasi (CPTO) and our GTM and Care leads.
- Strengthen and simplify our infrastructure.
- Optimize our AI provider routing.
Requirements
- You’re a senior engineer (7+ years) who thrives in small, fast-moving teams.
- You think in systems, not sprints.
- You’re self-driven and business-aware.
- You’ve led technical projects end-to-end.
- You communicate clearly with both engineers and stakeholders.
- You’re fluent in AI.
- You’re comfortable with our stack or quick to learn: Rails, Turbo, React on the product side.
- Bonus points if you’ve worked in B2B SaaS.
- Bonus points if you’ve interfaced directly with customers.
