About the role
- Software Developer creating complex visualizations using C#/WPF for equipment at SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES. Focus on developing Windows services and data visualizations across various technologies.
Responsibilities
- As a software developer, you create sophisticated visualizations for complex equipment using WinForms or C#/WPF
- Develop Windows services that run in the background using various development environments (Visual Studio / VisiWin / Zenon / Unity)
- Create data visualizations with access to various databases (PostgreSQL / MSSQL / SQLite) and software libraries for reusable functionality (assemblies / NuGet packages)
- Develop your own tools to simplify daily work (scripts / command-line tools / Office 365)
- Manage large software projects using modern tools (Git / Azure DevOps)
- Define, plan, and implement interfaces to embedded components as well as higher-level systems (MES / HOST / SEMI)
- Support multiple sectors (solar / semiconductor / medical technology) with various technical documentation (circuit diagrams / process flow diagrams)
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a comparable qualification
- Ideally, you have professional experience and knowledge in C#/WPF
- Experience with object-oriented languages and general software concepts (MVVM / design patterns)
- Experience working with version control tools (Git / Mercurial)
- Ideally, familiarity with automation technology such as Siemens / TwinCAT
- Good communication skills in German and English
