About the role

  • Plan, implement, administer, maintain, and monitor DT-OT systems and network infrastructure (including ICS, SCADA, and related technologies)
  • Perform routine maintenance, updates, and upgrades to ensure system stability and performance
  • Oversee user accounts, permissions, and system configurations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve OT system issues and anomalies in a timely manner
  • Implement and manage incident response procedures to address system outages or disruptions
  • Ensure OT systems comply with relevant security standards and policies; conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
  • Monitor and manage OT network security, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and access controls
  • Continuously monitor OT system performance and reliability; analyze system metrics and performance data proactively
  • Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, changes, and procedures
  • Prepare and present reports on system performance, incidents, and maintenance activities
  • Liaison between DT and OT teams to ensure seamless communication, integration, collaboration and operation of OT systems
  • Provide technical support and training to staff as needed
  • Lead projects that involve both DT and OT components; ensure completion on time and within budget
  • Participate in OT system upgrades, installations, and other projects; collaborate with project teams for successful implementation and integration of new technologies
  • Hybrid work schedule as specified (in-office Mon/Tue/Thu, remote Wed/Fri)

Requirements

  • Proficiency with OT systems, including ICS, SCADA, and related technologies (PLCs, Inductive Automation Ignition, Distributed Controls Systems, Serial to Ethernet devices, and AutoSol ACM)
  • Networking, cybersecurity principles, and industrial protocols (Modbus, OPC, DNP3, MQTT, RS485, RS232, EthernetIP, and wireless communication)
  • System monitoring tools and performance analysis (IT ticketing systems, and Network Performance Monitoring Tool)
  • Lead projects that will involve IT and OT components
  • Analyze, design, and develop IT-OT application systems and technologies (Aveva Pi)
  • Proficiency in IT systems including servers, operating systems, and databases (Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Server, Active Directory, Azure infrastructure, Linux, VMWare, and HyperV)
  • Familiar with Oil and Gas processing facilities (well site extraction, pipeline transportation, compression, and water disposal)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering Technology, Information Technology, or a related field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or a field coordinator-related occupation OR 7 years of experience in the job offered or a field coordinator-related occupation
  • May telecommute; commutability to the office required
  • 10% domestic travel required
