About the role
- You will assume technical leadership and be responsible for the successful on-site execution of our events across North Rhine-Westphalia, Baden-Württemberg and Rhineland-Palatinate.
- Plan events, including scheduling and coordinating local service providers (technical crew, staff) and liaising with the respective venues (indoor and outdoor).
- Independently manage event execution with attention to economic and safety considerations.
- Develop and prepare technical plans in collaboration with Project Management and the Ticketing department.
- Support Project Management with event cost estimation and accounting.
- Maintain the events database.
Requirements
- Qualification as a Master Technician (Meister) in event technology.
- Several years of relevant experience organizing concert events.
- Experience working with CAD design applications (Vectorworks or AutoCAD).
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Proficient with common MS Office applications.
- Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends and to travel for assignments.
