Responsibilities

- ensure loans are boarded and serviced accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements
- lead, train, and supervise a team of specialty loan servicing professionals
- provide regular coaching, feedback and performance evaluations to staff
- respond to departmental and external requests
- serve as primary point of contact for participant and agent banks
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 7 or more years leadership experience managing teams and multiple processes
- 5 or more years loan servicing, loan operations, or loan processing
- focus on specialized commercial loan structures such as participations, syndications, SWAPs, SBA, Floor Plan, Leasing, and Asset Based Lending
