About the role

  • Manager of Technical Adoption leading a team to enhance product utilization and client success at Autodesk. Responsible for developing strategies for onboarding and adoption services.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the implementation of processes and plans to ensure effective delivery of onboarding and adoption services for Autodesk products
  • Measure and monitor performance against established service levels to ensure achievement of individual and team targets
  • Direct investigation and ensure resolution of all escalated issues related to service delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Lead and manage staff in implementing initiatives and delivering service plans that support customer satisfaction
  • Manage and implement HR programs and initiatives; ensure execution of employee performance plans, onboarding programs, employee development, and coaching initiatives
  • Prepare and manage budgets and work closely with senior management on forecasting, discrepancy resolution, and variance trend analysis
  • Engage and collaborate with the sales organization to communicate operational details and provide information on adoption service effectiveness
  • Drive communication across the organization; ensure new information is coordinated with support and partner teams
  • Lead or participate in defining organizational vision, global projects, and strategic initiatives
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading teams, preferably in a BIC SaaS environment
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • Experience leading customer success initiatives to improve service, increase operational efficiency, and support new operating models
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers
  • Flexible, decisive, self-motivated, and proactive
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and managing change while driving results
  • Proven ability to partner cross-functionally and advocate for the team and the customer
