- Drive financial discussions and structure complex deals with ecosystem partners
- Monitor compliance across procurement processes and implement corrective actions
- Apply risk management strategies to identify, evaluate, and mitigate sourcing risks
- Maintain and improve procurement tools, content, and automation systems
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align demand with cost-effective sourcing strategies
- Execute negotiations using tailored strategies to achieve optimal supplier agreements

Requirements
- University or master’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in procurement or sourcing within IT services in a multinational environment
- Proven ability to manage global supplier negotiations and senior stakeholder relationships
- Strong project management skills with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset
- Experience working in virtual teams and with remote stakeholders across geographies
- Deep understanding of multinational business operations and procurement culture
- High level of independence, self-motivation, and ownership
- Curiosity and eagerness to continuously learn and grow professionally
