Responsibilities
Technical Product Demonstrations: Showcasing Semine's product and capabilities to potential customers, highlighting how they can solve specific client problems.
Answering Complex Technical Questions: Customers may have technical questions, and you will provide clear and concise answers, often on the spot.
Customizing Solutions: Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored solutions that meet each customer’s unique requirements.
Supporting Sales Throughout the Cycle: Guide sales representatives through complex conversations and help close deals.
Representing Semine at Client Meetings and Workshops: Participate in meetings, webinars, and industry events, ensuring a strong client experience.
Ensuring Smooth Handover to Delivery Teams: You'll make sure pre-sales knowledge and client context are effectively transferred to the delivery teams.
Requirements
Experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales support
Knowledge of B2B software solutions, ideally SaaS or ERP/accounting systems
A strong technical understanding combined with business acumen
A background in finance, accounting, or ERP systems is a clear advantage
The ability to adapt quickly to different client scenarios and environments
Excellent communication and presentation skills, confident in both small and large settings
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education
Fluent in English and Dutch, additional languages are a bonus
