About the role

  • Conceptualize and collaborate with the blog, design, and video teams to create visual content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Work closely with the Community Manager to ensure brand consistency across community platforms such as Reddit and Discord, aligning tone, scheduling, and messaging across all channels.
  • Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar, ensuring consistent publishing aligned with product launches, campaigns, and key events.
  • Write clear, engaging copy tailored to each platform while maintaining a consistent brand voice and tone.
  • Define and track measurable social media objectives aligned with LANDR's brand and business goals.
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow reach, engagement, and conversions, driving traffic to our website, blog, YouTube channel, and playlists.
  • Grow and nurture LANDR's online community by engaging daily with users, responding to comments, and fostering meaningful conversations.
  • Lead weekly content planning meetings, providing visibility into upcoming initiatives and performance results.
  • Collaborate with marketing, community, and product teams to design and execute social campaigns for product launches and major announcements.
  • Analyze performance data (engagement rates, follower growth, traffic, conversions) and perform data-driven optimizations to improve future content.
  • Stay informed on social media trends, competitor activity, and platform updates, proactively testing new formats and tools.
  • Respond quickly and professionally to questions and comments across all platforms, using a tone that reflects LANDR's personality.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience managing social media for a brand, agency, or creator-focused company.
  • Excellent understanding of content trends, creator culture, and industry best practices.
  • Proven experience planning and executing social campaigns with measurable outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with tools such as Meta Business Suite, YouTube Analytics, or Sprout Social.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, as the majority of our audience is English-speaking.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and community teams.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and content management tools (e.g., WordPress, Notion).
  • Direct experience in the music industry or with companies related to music creation (labels, studios, platforms, instrument brands, etc.), or personal experience as a musician that provides a real understanding of creators’ needs and language.
