About the role

  • Co-own the social strategy across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube to support brand awareness, engagement and sales
  • Build and manage a platform-specific content calendar that is reactive, timely and exciting
  • Create and execute creative campaigns and daily content to drive awareness and engagement
  • Film Reels, edit TikToks, capture behind-the-scenes moments and produce high-quality and lo-fi posts
  • Attend events, competitions and activations to capture content and create live on-site content
  • Edit and publish content quickly balancing polished and in-the-moment assets
  • Create graphics, captions and visual assets that are on-brand and engaging
  • Act as the digital voice of the brand: respond to DMs, comments, tags and mentions and build relationships with customers, ambassadors and influencers
  • Support partnerships and events team with planning and promotion of events, pop-ups and activations
  • Report to the Head of Marketing and travel to various events and activations as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 1–2 years’ experience in a generalist marketing, communications, or PR role (ideally within fitness, wellness, FMCG or a disruptive/challenger brand)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g. Xplor Technologies, Klaviyo)
  • Proficiency in G-Suite apps (Google Workspace)
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proactive self-starter who takes ownership of projects
  • Adaptable, curious, and eager to learn
  • A genuine passion for adventure, sustainability and community
