Mid - Level Paid Social Media Manager focused on day - to - day management of paid social PPC campaigns. Setting up and optimizing campaigns across various platforms in a hybrid role.
About the role
- Develop and implement social media strategies to grow audience engagement and reach.
- Lead the creation of social campaigns and IPs; coordinate deliverables for client campaigns.
- Oversee art direction and production for social media content including video, photography, and graphics.
- Collaborate with editorial, video, and performance teams to produce high-quality content.
- Manage assigned social media brands end-to-end from ideation, planning to editing and posting.
- Coordinate content calendars and ensure timely posting across platforms.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, content creators, and media partners.
- Track performance with analytics tools, report metrics, and optimize content strategy.
- Stay ahead of trends; experiment with new content formats and platforms.
Requirements
- 4+ years in social media management, ideally within media, lifestyle, or luxury sectors.
- Educational background in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications preferred.
- Expertise in content ideation, campaign execution, and platform best practices (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Strong writing and editorial skills; ability to adapt tone and voice to brand identity.
- Proficient in social analytics and publishing tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Emplifi, Brandwatch).
- Confident in social media editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, InShot).
- Experience in art direction, video production, photography, and graphic design for social media.
- Ability to create and shoot short-form videos including first-person review and voice-over scripts.
- Ability to multitask, manage projects independently, and work under tight deadlines.
- Native-level fluency in English.
- Strong presentation, time management, and organizational skills.
- Immediate availability is a plus.
