Responsibilities
Lead social media strategy and execution across platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, Pinterest, and emerging channels.
Oversee day-to-day social publishing, ensuring all content reflects the brand’s voice, editorial mission, and visual identity.
Manage, mentor, and support the social media team to deliver best-in-class content and measurable results.
Develop innovative, social-first campaigns and franchises to support editorial tentpoles, brand initiatives, membership programs (GH+), newsletters, and branded content.
Partner with editorial, video, and creative teams to package content for maximum performance and resonance on each platform.
Translate analytics and performance insights into actionable strategies that drive growth, engagement, and conversions.
Experiment with new formats, trends, and tools to keep Good Housekeeping at the forefront of digital innovation.
Represent social interests within cross-departmental conversations, ensuring strategies align with brand and business objectives.
Requirements
7+ years of professional experience in social media strategy, ideally within media, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
Proven track record of growing and engaging audiences across multiple social platforms.
Deep expertise in platform best practices, analytics tools, and emerging trends.
Strong editorial sensibility and storytelling ability with a knack for adapting content across formats.
Experience managing and mentoring teams in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
