Content and Community Specialist responsible for enhancing Taiga's online community and brand engagement. Collaborating with marketing and sales to share real stories and engaging content.
Responsibilities
Managing social media channels and community
Handle daily posting, scheduling, and engagement on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Write fun, on-brand captions for posts, reels, and stories
Monitor trends and cultural moments to inspire fresh, relevant content
Respond to comments and direct messages to strengthen the community and maintain a positive brand voice
Track performance and optimize content using analytics data
Collaborate with the sales team to develop authentic customer stories and plan content around them
Assist in organizing photo and video shoots (vehicle transport, location scouting, coordinating participants)
Capture real-time content during outings, events, and demonstrations (including driving vehicles if needed)
Support editing and organizing content for use across platforms
Help identify and coordinate partnerships with influencers, athletes, and creators in the outdoor space
Support communication, logistics, and coordination from start to finish for each project
Monitor influencer content performance and help scale what works
Requirements
2 to 4 years of experience in social media management, content marketing, or influencer coordination
Experience planning or capturing outdoor adventure content — brand experience is a plus
Comfortable with basic photo and video editing tools
Organized, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator
Creative, resourceful, hands-on — you love being outdoors with a camera
Ideally comfortable towing a trailer and operating a snowmobile or watercraft
Must be able to work on-site in Montreal and be available to travel
