About the role

Responsibilities

- プロダクトに対する技術的な知見およびオペレーションの知見双方を元に新規サービスを提供する上で必要なオペレーションの構築を支援する
Requirements
- 3年以上のオペレーション（サプライチェーン、物流、カスタマーサポート等）の実務経験
- 新規事業開発においてオペレーション検討を行った1年以上の実務経験
- 技術領域の基礎知識と技術チームとの円滑なコミュニケーション能力
- ビジネスレベルの英語と日本語
- 起業家精神・自立思考（基準や標準が明確に決まっていない中でもその状況を楽しみ、前向きに自ら前進する姿勢）
- 段取りを重視してスムーズに物事を進めるスキルとスピード感を両立できるバランス感覚
