Responsibilities
- Architect and propose scalable ServiceNow solutions in alignment with client objectives
- Implement and configure advanced ServiceNow Pro modules such as ITSM Pro, SAM Pro, HAM Pro
- Build custom applications, workflows, integrations, and scripts using JavaScript
- Lead the development and maintenance of the Automated Testing Framework (ATF)
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to gather and translate requirements
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, contribute to sprint planning, and drive backlog grooming
- Interface with business and IT stakeholders to provide strategic guidance and status updates
- Prepare technical documentation and conduct knowledge transfer sessions
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in ServiceNow development, implementation, and consulting
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
- Core ServiceNow Expertise: ITSM Pro, SAM Pro, HAM Pro, ITOM Discovery, ITBM Pro
- JavaScript, Jelly scripting
- REST/SOAP API integration
- Data modeling, CMDB, and platform configuration
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
