Responsibilities
Provides vision and direction for HR Service Delivery solutions built on ServiceNow to Agile development teams and stakeholders.
Ensures the team always has an adequate amount of prepared tasks aligned with HR priorities.
Plans and prioritizes product feature backlog and development for HRSD capabilities.
Fully understands the product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities for HR technology and articulates these to the development team.
Assesses value and prioritizes backlog items based on business impact, time, and dependencies determined during PI planning and refinement.
Provides backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of user stories for HRSD features.
Works closely with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI.
Drives iteration goals and content via prioritized stories.
Researches and analyzes HR technology trends, user needs, and ServiceNow roadmap.
Requirements
Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and related modules
Advanced understanding of ServiceNow’s AI capabilities and automation workflows
Strong knowledge of product development in HR technology and IT services
Advanced knowledge of SAFe practices and their application
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, HR Technology, or related field preferred
