ServiceNow Architect ensuring adherence to architecture standards and technical excellence at Mollica IT. Leading the technical team and overseeing quality of applications developed on the ServiceNow platform.
Responsibilities
Act as the technical team's leader;
Serve as the guardian of the enterprise architecture, adhering to its designated standards and ensuring the technical quality of applications;
Monitor software quality standards and development practices, with attention to performance, security, and maintainability of solutions;
Ensure documentation and artifacts for sustained and newly developed solutions are complete and up to date;
Investigate issues and act as a liaison between agile development teams, support/sustainment teams, the platform vendor, and client teams;
Analyze business needs and the client's technical requirements and translate them into solution proposals on the ServiceNow platform, according to the relevant modules;
Monitor platform evolution and the release of new plugins, proposing improvements and feature enhancements in the client's environment as they become available;
Develop adoption plans for new functionality or review license usage to enable more efficient use by the client;
Requirements
Bachelor's degree and/or completed postgraduate degree in Technology;
Professional experience as a Developer, Systems Analyst, or related role, with hands-on experience on the ServiceNow platform;
Hold the following official certification issued by the platform vendor: (CTA) Certified Technical Architect.
Note: If the candidate is close to completing their degree (expected graduation in December), an exception to the higher-education requirement may be considered.
