Responsibilities
Technical customer service in the field (distribution network and customer installations)
Expansion, commissioning, operation and troubleshooting of electrical and optical telecommunications networks
Configuration of customer terminal devices
Support in the installation of central transmission facilities
Use of modern measuring instruments and specific/system-related software
On-call duty after appropriate training
Requirements
Completed vocational training in electrical engineering advantageous
Technical understanding and manual dexterity
Strong customer and service orientation
Experience working with measuring instruments
PC skills (especially Windows, Microsoft Office)
Independent and responsible working style
Open and team-oriented demeanor
Confident command of the German language, spoken and written
Driver’s license Class B
