Responsibilities
Manage and execute the Top Account strategy in collaboration with the Inside Sales Service Provider team.
Train field associates on service offerings, including how to position and sell different service tiers effectively.
Proactively engage with field teams to identify and generate new service opportunities.
Partner with US BDB Sales and Service teams to convert customers to service agreements.
Serve as the escalation point for BDB Sales and Service teams when negotiating deep discounts on large or non-standard deals.
Act as a super user for SFDC, SMX, and SAP, supporting data integrity and process optimization.
Generate service history, installed base, and ad hoc reports to support business decisions.
Create and maintain sales tools and materials to support service sales efforts.
Assist with monthly revenue variance analysis, mid-month forecasts, quarterly forecasts, and pricing projects.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required
3+ years of experience in service sales, sales operations, or a related role required
Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC), SAP, and SMX preferred.
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority.
