Requirements
12+ years of experience in service delivery management or a related field.
Fluency in German at C1 level, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated experience in meeting SLAs and delivering IT services successfully.
Strong familiarity with the ITIL framework and service management best practices.
Exceptional leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in problem-solving and conflict resolution.
A customer-centric approach to service delivery.
Experience in the IT consulting sector is highly desirable.
Relevant certifications such as ITIL Foundation or ITIL Practitioner are advantageous.
