About the role

  • Projektmanager coordinating IT-Systemlösungen in Kiel, responsible for project planning and stakeholder communication. Ensuring project delivery within budget, timing, and quality constraints.

Responsibilities

  • Independent planning, control and monitoring of all project phases – from initiation to successful completion
  • Definition and alignment of project objectives involving all relevant internal departments and stakeholders
  • Preparation of detailed project plans including time and resource planning as well as monitoring adherence to deadlines and budgets
  • Coordination of implementation and ensuring smooth collaboration between all involved areas, including external partners or service providers where applicable
  • Ongoing risk management: identification, assessment and mitigation of potential project risks and initiation of appropriate countermeasures
  • Regular, transparent reporting on project status, goal achievement, progress and deviations to relevant decision-makers
  • Responsible for customer-focused project communication and sustained support throughout the project lifecycle
  • Continuous development of project management methods and improvement of internal processes to increase efficiency and quality

Requirements

  • Completed degree in business administration/economics or commercial vocational training with several years of experience in project management
  • Solid knowledge in planning, organizing and executing interdisciplinary projects
  • Experience managing complex interfaces between different company departments and external partners
  • Strong IT affinity; ideally experience with IT system solutions and Wawi (inventory management), ERP or HR systems
  • Confident use of MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to quickly get to grips with new systems and portals
  • Very good written and spoken German; English skills are an advantage
