About the role
- Wundmanager in a specialized nursing service providing care for chronic and hard-to-heal wounds. Collaborating with patients and healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient care.
Responsibilities
- Professional treatment of chronic and/or hard-to-heal wounds
- Digital wound documentation
- Advising, caring for and educating patients and their family members
- Close collaboration with other professionals involved in wound care to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Management of prescriptions and supply logistics
- Serving and expanding the existing client base
- Compliance with legal requirements and guidelines
Requirements
- State-recognized qualification as a Registered Nurse, Pediatric Nurse, Geriatric Nurse, or Certified Nursing Professional
- Work experience in wound care is an advantage but not required
- Completed further training as a wound care specialist or willingness to undertake such training
- Strong communication skills and a good understanding of patients' needs
- Reliable and responsible approach to work
- Driving licence (Class B)
