About the role
- Analista em Pesquisa Sensorial para atuar no desenvolvimento de produtos cosméticos e avaliação sensorial. Trabalho em colaboração com as áreas de P&D, Marketing e Assuntos Regulatórios.
Responsibilities
- Plan, conduct and analyze sensory tests with consumers;
- Develop protocols and methods for evaluating the sensory experience of products;
- Work collaboratively with R&D, Marketing and Regulatory Affairs to support the validation of sensory claims;
- Interpret sensory data and produce clear, objective technical reports;
- Actively contribute to the development of products that delight consumers, reinforcing the brand's sensory identity;
- Monitor trends and innovations in cosmetics, sensory evaluation and consumer behavior.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Food Engineering or related fields.
- Previous experience with sensory evaluation of cosmetics, food, beverages or similar products;
- Experience with home use tests (HUT);
- Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative sensory testing methods;
- Ability to interpret data;
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail and strong ability to synthesize information;
- Good communication skills for interfacing with cross-functional teams and presenting results;
- Proactivity, critical thinking and a focus on innovation and consumer experience;
- Curiosity, continual market awareness of the cosmetics industry and interest in new technologies and sensory experiences.
