Responsibilities
Support the Regional Workplace teams to use data to drive decision making and ensure both financial and operational commitments are measured, monitored, and delivered.
Responsible for budget and forecast preparation and maintenance, establishment, tracking and monitoring of budgets.
Produce timely and accurate reporting and tracking regarding in region workplace activity.
Support the development of business cases and monitoring of approved financial commitments.
Manage client relationships on operating expense topics, provide reports and attend meetings.
Ensure Purchase orders are raised in a timely manner and goods receipted appropriately.
Support regional projects and initiatives as needed, overseeing third party execution resources.
Attend meetings with PFS, Regional Managers, Regional Directors, and Central colleagues as applicable.
Support monthly, quarterly and annual business reviews with business partners.
Requirements
Minimum of 4 years directly relevant experience in equivalent roles
Strong financial and modelling skills, with requisite experience and/ or qualifications
Evidence of having worked across all elements of this role
Track record of working successfully in international teams within a matrix structure
Strong analytical skills and data driven storytelling ability
Strong communication and relationship building skills with the ability to effectively influence at all levels, internally & externally
Evidence of driving tangible continuous improvement across people, processes and systems
Excellent written presentation skills including proficiency in relevant PC skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, Project Management tools, pivot tables and look ups, projections, benchmarking, simple statistics etc)
