About the role

  • Senior Analyst managing contract termination processes. Ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies in a dynamic health company.

Responsibilities

  • Verify and calculate termination settlements (all modalities).
  • Analyze and validate pay items, integrations, deductions, and specific considerations for each scenario.
  • Ensure compliance with legal deadlines.
  • Perform employee termination homologations and delegate homologation tasks to the rest of the team.
  • Handle complex cases, discrepancies, or queries from internal departments or the legal team.
  • Assist in preparing and validating information and documents for internal and external audits.
  • Provide consultative support to client areas and assist in resolving sensitive cases.
  • Monitor operational metrics related to the termination/offboarding process.
  • Propose process improvements, automations, and standardizations.

Requirements

  • Solid experience with termination settlement calculations and procedures (minimum 4–5 years).
  • Advanced knowledge of labor legislation and legal deadlines.
  • Experience with SAP HCM.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Experience handling high operational volumes.
