About the role

  • Senior Portfolio and Project Management Analyst at CCEE leading strategic project implementations and multidisciplinary demands while optimizing organizational structure.

Responsibilities

  • Planning and coordination of strategic projects: Lead the implementation of the strategic project portfolio and assess internal impacts for deployment.
  • Coordination of multidisciplinary demands: Lead the implementation of multidisciplinary initiatives (regulatory and non-regulatory requirements, new assignments, new services, studies, etc.) and analyze internal impacts for rollout.
  • Organizational diagnostics: Conduct assessments of internal areas to support management, ensuring a more efficient and robust structure through analyses of identity, relationships, processes and resources.
  • Organizational structure optimization: Propose improvements and restructurings in organizational design, team sizing (FTE/Headcount/SOC) and redefinition of areas’ mission, vision and responsibilities to drive continuous improvement of results.
  • Analysis of roles and responsibilities: Review and define area functions within processes and services, ensuring assignments are aligned with areas of expertise.
  • Innovation and best practices: Research and implement new methodologies and practices to enhance processes and promote organizational development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields.
  • Specialization in Business Management, Project Management or related areas.
  • Experience in organizational change management, portfolio management, program and complex multidisciplinary project management, organizational structure and team sizing.
  • Experience in the energy sector is a plus.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Project, Power BI and Monday.com.
  • Analytical mindset, strong negotiation skills, flexibility and results orientation.
  • Strong communication skills, creativity and proactivity; dynamic and adaptable, with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage stakeholders at different hierarchical levels.
