About the role

  • Process Analyst responsible for mapping and redesigning processes for operational efficiency at CCEE. Engaging in innovative projects and promoting process culture across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Map, review and redesign end-to-end processes, ensuring customer satisfaction, efficiency, standardization and regulatory compliance;
  • Support the implementation of Operational Excellence initiatives and KPI/indicator management;
  • Participate in innovation and process transformation projects, promoting new ways of working and technological solutions;
  • Promote alignment between business and technology areas, translating operational needs into clear, sustainable processes;
  • Support the dissemination of a process-oriented and customer-centric culture across the organization;
  • Document processes, create flowcharts, work instructions and analytical reports to support decision-making;
  • Manage the corporate process architecture, keeping the process repository organized and updated in a logical structure integrated with the organization’s context, ensuring consistency across process levels, version control and documentation standardization;
  • Publish and maintain updated processes on the corporate intranet, ensuring all areas have access to the information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management or related fields;
  • Proven experience in process management and improvement (BPM, Lean, Six Sigma, etc.);
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, accessible language;
  • Experience using process modeling tools that employ BPMN notation;
  • Strong systems thinking and the ability to build relationships across multiple areas of the company;
  • Experience acting as a facilitator between areas to promote integration and an end-to-end view (Organizational Change Management);
  • Training in Process Management; ABPMP-CBPP certification will be considered a plus;
  • Experience using IBM Blueworks;
  • Experience in regulated companies or complex technological environments;
  • Active participation in environments that provide ongoing updates on BPM knowledge;
  • Prior involvement in customer experience or customer-centric initiatives;
  • Practical experience applying the Service Blueprint as a tool to integrate the customer journey with the organization’s internal processes.
