About the role
- UX/UI Designer providing specialized expertise throughout the product lifecycle for Veepee. Creating mock-ups, running workshops, and collaborating with tech teams for digital product designs.
Responsibilities
- Support the product team by providing specialized UX/UI expertise throughout the product lifecycle.
- Create mock-ups and interactive prototypes to illustrate design concepts.
- Facilitate workshops and give presentations to internal stakeholders.
- Work closely with tech teams and lead UX to ensure seamless implementation within the broader Veepee product ecosystem and perform Design QA.
- Monitor product iterations and propose enhancements based on research findings, data and business insights.
- Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of the design system at both product and system levels.

- Strong communication skills: proven ability to present and explain design concepts effectively to a multicultural team, including executives, engineers, and other designers. The ability to articulate the rationale behind design decisions is key.
- Proven senior experience: minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a senior designer in a product-driven tech company, with a portfolio demonstrating the delivery of impactful design solutions.
