Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of technical sourcing experience for Software Development Engineers, AI, ML, Data Scientists, Technical Program Managers, and Software Development Managers directly from Top Tech companies.
Undergraduate degree or 4 years equivalent experience
Experience with common sourcing tools and related TA tools
Ability to leverage raw data and build data stories that influence through data visualization and narrative story telling
