- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience with full life-cycle technical recruiting
- Advanced knowledge of candidate market
- Industry experience recruiting technology professionals at all experience levels
- Advanced internet research experience using Boolean search techniques
- Demonstrated knowledge of recruiting related laws and practices
