About the role

  • Responsible for the effective and timely recruitment and placement of external candidates
  • Conduct full lifecycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding
  • Develop strong, collaborative relationships with key internal stakeholders
  • Partner with SVPs and leadership to understand their needs and recruiting strategies
  • Conduct searches within the ATS and other recruiting sites

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience with full life-cycle technical recruiting
  • Advanced knowledge of candidate market
  • Industry experience recruiting technology professionals at all experience levels
  • Advanced internet research experience using Boolean search techniques
  • Demonstrated knowledge of recruiting related laws and practices
