Responsibilities
Own the **product strategy and roadmap** for the WhatsApp conversational bot — defining vision, priorities, and success metrics.
**Translate** business goals, regulatory needs, and user behavior into clear requirements.
Shape the **conversational UX**, leveraging prompt engineering and large language models (LLMs).
**Collaborate** cross-functionally with product, compliance, and legal teams to ensure a safe, compliant, and frictionless user experience.
**Drive agile execution **— writing user stories, managing sprints, tracking progress in Jira, and ensuring continuous delivery.
**Measure and optimize** — analyze engagement, conversion, and performance metrics to inform iteration and scaling.
Requirements
5+ years in product management or technical product management roles.
Proven experience owning product roadmaps and delivering throughfull lifecycle — from prototype to production.
Strong technical fluency — comfortable with APIs, database queries, and backend systems.
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban); experience leading cross-functional Agile teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (English B2+).

Familiarity with conversational AI, prompt engineering, or NLP-driven UX.
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Looker, Amplitude, or similar.
