About the role
- Technical Product Manager leading the WhatsApp conversational AI project at IDT Corporation. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver a compliant, user-friendly money remittance platform.
Responsibilities
- Own the **product strategy and roadmap** for the WhatsApp conversational bot — defining vision, priorities, and success metrics.
- **Translate** business goals, regulatory needs, and user behavior into clear requirements.
- Shape the **conversational UX**, leveraging prompt engineering and large language models (LLMs).
- **Collaborate** cross-functionally with product, compliance, and legal teams to ensure a safe, compliant, and frictionless user experience.
- **Drive agile execution **— writing user stories, managing sprints, tracking progress in Jira, and ensuring continuous delivery.
- **Measure and optimize** — analyze engagement, conversion, and performance metrics to inform iteration and scaling.
Requirements
- 5+ years in product management or technical product management roles.
- Proven experience owning product roadmaps and delivering throughfull lifecycle — from prototype to production.
- Strong technical fluency — comfortable with APIs, database queries, and backend systems.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban); experience leading cross-functional Agile teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (English B2+).
