- Fiscal Analyst at Sicredi responsible for managing tax projects and stakeholder relationships. Focused on process improvement and regulatory compliance within a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing multidisciplinary projects and initiatives, including planning, communication, risk management, scope and quality, aimed at implementing legal requirements;
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency;
- Understand and support the implementation of GMO (Operational Change Management);
- Assess the impact of accounting and tax standards to ensure appropriate tax treatment;
- Identify and implement strategies to reduce the tax burden;
- Guide business decisions with strategic tax insights;
- Provide support for external and internal tax audits;
- Share knowledge and actively contribute to the technical development of team members;
- Monitor area metrics and KPIs and drive continuous improvement of services;
- Participate in internal committees related to the department's responsibilities;
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Law, or related fields;
- MBA/Master's/Graduate degree preferably in controllership, accounting, financial markets, or corporate finance;
- Solid knowledge of tax, accounting and related areas;
- Experience in project management;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with internal teams, regulatory bodies, and internal/external auditors;
- Use an agile mindset to promote a collaborative environment that fosters autonomy, transparency, innovation and learning;
- Experience in an institution regulated by the Central Bank and/or cooperatives and/or in audit firms is desirable;
