About the role
- TA Sourcer supporting recruiting team by identifying and placing qualified candidates. Collaborating with stakeholders and advocating for candidate experience in diverse sourcing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Identify potential candidates through social networks and portfolio sites
- Create and execute recruiting strategies that identify, qualify, and hire talent
- Communicate related job roles and AVEVA branding to candidates at all levels
- Focus on effective networking methods to reach the greatest number of potential candidates through internet sourcing, google / LinkedIn x-ray, direct mailing, LinkedIn, industry leads & sources, key contacts, portals, etc
- Advocate for the candidate and create an excellent candidate experience, supporting candidate assessment, evaluating candidate skills and sharing these notes to recruiter for a better insight on candidates profile, skills and his experience
- Develop a network of potential candidates, with diversity and industry professionals
- Work closely with the stakeholders and sharing them updates on the reqs shared by them like progress, challenges and actions to be taken
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in Sourcing
- Partnering with recruiters to create and execute strategies to convert passive talent into a strategic pipeline talent for current and future needs
- Utilize all sourcing channels such as social networking sites/groups, and possible search engines to locate and maintain a data for both active and passive candidates
- A growth mindset: a drive for continuous improvement, a curiosity for learning, quick to see things in other people's views
- Maintain data and present the same to stakeholders and able to identify problems and present solutions in a timely manner
- Being proactive and take ownership of work assigned
