Advocate for the candidate and create an excellent candidate experience, supporting candidate assessment, evaluating candidate skills and sharing these notes to recruiter for a better insight on candidates profile, skills and his experience
Develop a network of potential candidates, with diversity and industry professionals
Work closely with the stakeholders and sharing them updates on the reqs shared by them like progress, challenges and actions to be taken
Requirements
2-4 years of experience in Sourcing
Partnering with recruiters to create and execute strategies to convert passive talent into a strategic pipeline talent for current and future needs
Utilize all sourcing channels such as social networking sites/groups, and possible search engines to locate and maintain a data for both active and passive candidates

Maintain data and present the same to stakeholders and able to identify problems and present solutions in a timely manner
