Own the Brand Management for Havana Club, one of Pernod Ricard Deutschland's Top Priority Brands
Lead and develop the annual brand strategy & roadmap against key portfolio initiatives
Manage brand P&L and Advertising & Promotion budget, adhere to KPIs and ensure marketing spend efficiency
Develop, implement & evaluate breakthrough brand content and activities for the German market (media campaigns, experience, cooperations)
Support the Collaborative Business Planning Operating Model (Rolling Forecast, S&OP) by aligning marketing activities with forecast and volumes
Responsible for positioning and further development of the product portfolio in cooperation with Head of Brand Management and Brand Owner and Local Innovation Manager
Fuel the innovation pipeline and lead execution of product launches/relaunches for the German market (business case, pricing, article creation, follow-up with logistics, finance, and sales)
Lead and manage agencies, external partners, and cross-functional teams; coordinate projects with stakeholders
Lead a team of 2 and be responsible for talent coaching and development
Act as primary advocate for the brand internally (management presentations, sales meetings) and externally (PR events)
Lead analysis and reporting of consumer, market, and competitor trends to identify business issues/opportunities
Report to Head of Brand Management and assume functional leadership for two Brand Managers
Position is based in Cologne and limited to 18 months
Requirements
5-6+ years of business experience in Brand-/Product-Management/Marketing within the FMCG industry
University degree in economics with a focus on marketing/brand management or a similar apprenticeship
Highly motivated self-starter with strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate effectively across functions with passion and enthusiasm
Strong executive and cross-functional communication skills (writing strategic & selling decks and presentation skills)
Strong experience in developing brand strategies grounded in insights and analytics
First-hand experience in people management
Previous experience in innovation work and successfully launching new products from A to Z
Experience managing financials and business performance, including budget management
Results-oriented with ability to operate with agility
Strong conceptual and creative mindset with a good eye for details
Fluent in spoken & written English; German is a big plus
Live in Cologne or nearby
