Drive innovation strategy: Support the Head of Brand Marketing in defining and executing Nutravita’s innovation roadmap, grounded in consumer insights and market trends.
Lead portfolio management: Oversee the Nutravita product range, making strategic recommendations on optimisation, reformulation, and innovation opportunities.
Deliver high-impact projects: Lead new product launches, major reformulations, and category expansion projects from concept through post-launch review.
Own the go-to-market execution: Build and deliver GTM strategies including launch campaigns, e-commerce activations, and content development across Amazon and owned channels.
Champion collaboration: Work cross-functionally with R&D, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and Creative to ensure projects land on time and on brand.
Requirements
4–6 years’ experience in brand management within FMCG or self-care industries.
Proven track record of end-to-end innovation delivery from idea to in-market success.
Strong commercial acumen and ability to build compelling business cases (forecasting, P&L, ROI).
Skilled in launch marketing and full-funnel campaign development, especially across social and e-commerce.
Experience with Amazon as a growth channel including NPD launches, demand generation, and product content optimisation.
Exceptional project management and stakeholder leadership across multiple simultaneous initiatives.
A genuine passion for health, wellness, and VMS (vitamins, minerals, supplements).
