Responsibilities
Build deep, trust-based relationships with our customers by understanding their business goals and operational workflows.
Lead the design and integration of the Quvia platform into customer environments, ensuring our solutions are both technically sound and aligned with their business objectives.
Showcase the power of Quvia through compelling technical workshops, whitepapers, demos, and proof-of-concept projects that solve real-world problems.
Work in close partnership with our Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to translate customer needs into successful deployments and long-term value.
Represent Quvia as a thought leader at industry conferences and events through speaking engagements and published content.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Sales Engineering.
Strong understanding of networking principles (TCP/IP, firewalls), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and edge computing.
Expertise in NAS/SAN concepts and protocols (NFS, SMB).
Proficiency in Linux (RedHat/CentOS, Ubuntu) and Windows Server administration, including file system permissions and mount points.
Familiarity with virtualization technologies like VMware or Hyper-V.
Experience building Campus to Cloud networks, Multi/Hybrid Cloud Networks and application delivery infrastructure using AWS Transit Gateway, VPC design, Direct Connect, and Cloud VPN solutions.
Exceptional ability to explain complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proactive and collaborative approach to creative problem-solving.
Previous experience with enterprise SaaS, cloud, analytics, or data platform solutions is a strong plus.
