About the role
- APM Specialist managing ServiceNow application capabilities ensuring enterprise-wide governance and optimization. Collaborating with stakeholders for data-driven decisions on investments and modernization.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, configure and continuously improve the ServiceNow APM module to support enterprise-wide application portfolio management
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of portfolio data (including ownership, lifecycle, technical health, cost, and risk attributes)
- Configure APM-related forms, workflows, and data models in ServiceNow, aligning CSDM and enterprise data standards
- Partner with CMDB, ITAM, and SPM teams to ensure APM configuration supports automated data flows and accurate reporting
- Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reports to deliver actionable insights to business and IT leadership
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, ITAM/SAM/HAM, Security, Finance, and Business Units to ensure portfolio alignment with enterprise strategy
- Champion best practices in application lifecycle management and portfolio optimization
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 7+ years of experience in IT Portfolio Management, Enterprise Architecture, or related domains
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow APM or similar platforms strongly preferred
