About the role
- Act as a facilitator for development teams, ensuring effective application of agile principles and practices.
- Lead Scrum ceremonies (Daily, Planning, Review and Retrospective) in an engaging and productive manner.
- Monitor performance indicators (velocity, lead time, burndown, etc.) and drive continuous improvement.
- Support the Product Owner in backlog management and prioritization.
- Identify and remove impediments that impact value delivery.
- Foster a collaborative, transparent, and self-organizing environment.
- Act as an agent of agile transformation, supporting the maturity of teams and the organization.
- Guide and mentor junior Scrum Masters when needed.
Requirements
- Solid experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
- Experience with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
- Strong communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.
- Experience in complex, cross-functional environments.
- Knowledge of agile metrics and tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, etc.).
- Certifications (CSM, PSM I/II, PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist, among others) are a plus.
