Responsibilities

- Guide and mentor junior Scrum Masters when needed.
Requirements
- Solid experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
- Experience with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
- Strong communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.
- Experience in complex, cross-functional environments.
- Knowledge of agile metrics and tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, etc.).
- Certifications (CSM, PSM I/II, PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist, among others) are a plus.
