About the role
- Agile Coach supporting cultural change and team development at Schleswig-Holstein Netz. Involved in workshops, conflict management, and strategic projects to enhance collaboration.
Responsibilities

- You design workshops, facilitate them, and handle follow-up activities

Requirements
- University degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or Social Sciences (or a related field)
- Hands-on and experienced: At least 5 years’ experience facilitating groups of various sizes
- Strong organizational skills: Work in a highly structured, flexible way and independently develop innovative solutions
- Team player with initiative: Proactively contributes ideas and drives their implementation
- Empathetic: Understands the needs of our customers and acts in a solution-oriented manner
- Tech-savvy: Excellent knowledge of Outlook and PowerPoint is a matter of course
