Responsibilities
Design and implement workflows, logic, and data architecture within Salesforce to drive efficiency and enhance business operations
Architect and craft integrations between Salesforce and internal/external APIs and data sources
Collaborate with the product team and relevant stakeholders in the process of gathering business, functional, and technical requirements
Drive the selection of appropriate programming approaches, tools, and techniques, ensuring adherence to development standards
Develop robust test plans and execute them meticulously
Offer third-level support for incident resolution and defect fixing related to Salesforce
Perform advanced coding tasks, showcasing your proficiency in Salesforce development
Identify opportunities for process optimization, simplification, and performance enhancement
Requirements
At least 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience to the table, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Commerce Cloud
Proficiency in Salesforce APIs and an interest in implementing best practices in connectivity and integration
Experience developing Lightning components and leveraging out-of-the-box solutions to drive innovation
Demonstrated expertise in APEX programming, LWC, Flows and Web Services, with a focus on practical application
Skilled in integrating and maintaining data synchronization agents, ensuring data integrity across platforms
Familiarity with essential concepts like REST, HTTP, platform events and related technologies
Strong command over data types, algorithms, and object-oriented programming principles
Proven experience working with relational databases such as MSSQL, MySQL, or Oracle
