Responsibilities
Provide leadership, coordination, and execution of key strategic initiatives within the Global Commercial Office
Drive adoption and performance of Channel Innovation programs
Support the business to enhance reach, sales productivity and customer experience
Lead the adoption and performance of new sales channels
Identify opportunities for introduction of Remote Support, leveraging the LiveStream solution
Engage sales organizations including First Line Sales Managers, to foster integration and performance
Support opportunity management in collaboration with digital marketing
Drive local contact maintenance and support survey execution
Engage leadership on customer engagement (NPS/CES)
Requirements
Bachelors degree with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or Advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
Medical device experience preferred
5-8 years in technical support functions
2-3 years within commercial function highly valued
