About the role

  • Provide leadership, coordination, and execution of key strategic initiatives within the Global Commercial Office
  • Drive adoption and performance of Channel Innovation programs
  • Support the business to enhance reach, sales productivity and customer experience
  • Lead the adoption and performance of new sales channels
  • Identify opportunities for introduction of Remote Support, leveraging the LiveStream solution
  • Engage sales organizations including First Line Sales Managers, to foster integration and performance
  • Support opportunity management in collaboration with digital marketing
  • Drive local contact maintenance and support survey execution
  • Engage leadership on customer engagement (NPS/CES)

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or Advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
  • Medical device experience preferred
  • 5-8 years in technical support functions
  • 2-3 years within commercial function highly valued
  • Sales Program Management experience
