About the role

  • Acquire new corporate customers
  • Implement strategies for retaining customers while increasing their volume with Capi
  • Drive revenue growth
  • Map out the competitive landscape locally (Track competitor pricing) and where Capi Money’s value proposition lies
  • Refine our sales pitch and build compelling sales materials
  • Test different acquisition channels and build new processes to scale the ones that work
  • Be the voice of the customer - and work with our product and ops team to make sure we are meeting the needs and expectations of our customers, in a localized way

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Sales leadership position in a high-performing environment, ideally in the fintech or startup space
  • Results-driven mindset
  • Highly resourceful and organized
  • Ability to work independently
  • Work-level English
  • Fluent in French
