About the role

  • Take ownership of WHS and wellbeing across the Group
  • Partner with senior leaders to review psychosocial risk strategy
  • Chair WHS Committee meetings and energise Wellbeing Champions network
  • Work with PX Partners on complex employee relations cases
  • Design and roll out training programs and prevention initiatives
  • Guide leaders on managing safety and wellbeing in practice
  • Build and maintain WHS systems, reporting frameworks and governance
  • Ensure compliance with regulators while keeping people-centred approaches
  • Provide ExCo and Board insights into safety and wellbeing risks

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in Work, Health and Safety, Occupational Health, or related WHS qualification
  • WHS strategy and compliance expertise
  • Stakeholder influence and leadership with credibility with ExCo, regulators, and senior leaders
  • Psychosocial risk and wellbeing expertise
  • Governance, reporting and risk management experience
  • Experience designing and rolling out training programs
  • Ability to ensure regulatory compliance and manage WHS Committees
  • Part-time availability (3 days / 0.6 FTE)
